Set up once. It works everywhere.
Dishes, catalogs, and staff access are set once and appear in the menu right away.
Dish library
Dishes, photos, and prices live in one library — an edit updates the whole store menu at once.
Dish cards
The card already shows ingredients, weight, and cook time — guests decide for themselves.
Several catalogs in one QR
Main and Bar stay as separate catalogs: guests pick a section, orders go to the right KDS line.
Menu on your domain
The browser bar shows your store name, not someone else's service. Trust from the first open.

Frequently asked questions about WebQR Menu
WebQR Menu is a digital menu for restaurants, cafés, bars, and hotels: guests scan a QR code and open the menu in their phone browser — catalogs, categories, dishes, prices, photos, and descriptions.
Create a store — a content set and a dynamic Menu QR appear with it in the dashboard. Then fill dishes, tables, and orders without reprinting the code. Learn more on the WebQR Menu page.
You need a WebQRMenu account with a verified email. Then:
- Create a store during first setup or in the dashboard — name and opening hours are required.
- The system immediately creates a content set, a starter menu, and a Menu QR — you don’t assemble and link them separately.
- Fill in categories and dishes as needed, and adjust the page layout and QR look if you want.
- Download the QR from My QR menus or the store card and place it in the store.
Step by step with screenshots: how to create a QR menu. You can start with registration; terms are on the pricing page.
No. Guests scan the QR with the phone’s built-in camera and open the menu in the browser. No guest app is required.
The WebQR Menu mobile app for owners and staff (order pushes and floor work) is still in development — for now, orders are handled in the web dashboard.
Yes. A menu QR is a dynamic code: prices, photos, descriptions, unavailable items, and promos are edited in the dashboard. The printed QR stays the same — guests see the latest version on the next open.
Currently Russian, English, and Georgian (ru / en / ka). You can set a primary language and up to two extras. Guests switch language on the menu page; dish translations are managed in the content library.
In a content set you add tables and download a separate QR for each. After a scan, the guest is tied to that table: the order goes to the floor with the table number. Waiter call works if enabled for that table; bill request is available from the table QR.
The main store QR opens the menu without a table — guests can choose delivery or pickup. Guests do not type a table number. The table limit applies per content set; current numbers are on the pricing page.
Yes. Guests add dishes to a cart and submit an order when order intake is enabled in the store settings. Submitting requires guest sign-in: email with a code, a password, or Google/Facebook — no app install.
From a table QR, the order goes to the floor with the table number; from the main QR, guests can choose delivery or pickup. At the table — waiter call (if enabled for that table) and bill request.
A new order appears at once in the web dashboard (Menu orders). Mobile pushes will arrive once the WebQR Menu app is published.
We track scans and opens of the menu QR: geography, devices, browsers, and time periods — like other dynamic QR codes.
With tables set up, analytics can show activity per table. There is no separate tracking of views for each dish inside the menu page.
In the content library:
- several catalogs (Main, Bar) with categories and items
- dish cards: photo, price, weight, portion, ingredients, allergens, spiciness, dietary tags, “Hit” and “NEW” badges
- one content set links to one Menu QR; a store can have up to two sets, and another store gets its own
On the guest page — Wi‑Fi (multiple networks, copy password), opening hours, contacts, social links, cover, logo, and surveys.
In design — ready layout templates and color palettes. The “Powered by WebQR Menu” mark is not shown on menu pages.
Your account has limits on menu QRs, stores, content sets, tables and staff per set, plus categories, items, and monthly orders (order cap on Starter).
Cart, waiter call, dashboard orders, guest history, and GPS protection are available with Menu QR access, including on Starter. Current numbers: pricing.
Yes. The QR menu has smart order history: live statuses and a one-tap repeat of a past order. On this phone, history is available right away.
To keep it across devices, the guest signs in by email (inbox code or password) or via Google/Facebook — no app install. They can add a name and phone in the profile, or delete the account.
Besides dishes — Wi‑Fi (copy the password; multiple networks supported), opening hours, contacts, social links, cover and store logo, plus surveys.
Cart and orders are available; at the table — waiter call and bill request; from the main QR — delivery or pickup. The order appears in the web dashboard at once. Mobile pushes come when the WebQR Menu app is in the stores.
Yes. After DNS (CNAME) verification, dynamic QR pages — including QR menus — open on your domain, for example menu.yourbrand.com.
Custom domains are available on Business and Enterprise plans. Details are on the pricing page.
In the store profile you can enable GPS order protection: a map point and a radius from 30 to 2000 m (default 150 m). Before sending an order or a service request (waiter / bill), the guest confirms geolocation; the server checks they are nearby. Outside the zone, the request is rejected.
That blocks orders from the street or another neighborhood. You can turn the feature off with one toggle when location checks aren’t needed.
