How to use
Setting up team work on stores and menus in WebQRMenu is straightforward — invite members, assign roles, and collaborate in a shared workspace.
A quick step-by-step guide:

Create a Workspace: Go to Dashboard → Workspaces and create a new workspace. Enter name and description.

Invite Members: Add members to your workspace by sending them an email invitation. They will receive a notification and can join.

Assign Roles: Set roles for each member: owner, administrator, or member. Each role has its own access rights.

Create QR Codes Together: When creating a QR code, select the workspace. All members will be able to see and manage QR codes in the shared space.
Access control for every member
Assign owner, admin, editor, or operator roles — each person sees and does only what’s allowed.

Owner: Full control over the workspace. Manage members and their roles. Create and edit. Delete workspace. Manage subscription.

Administrator: Manage members (except owner). Create and edit. Kitchen line, store settings, and line colors. View analytics. Manage workspace settings.

Editor: Create and edit content. Delete menus, tables, and related materials. Order line, store settings, order types, and colors. View analytics. View member list.

Operator: Kitchen and bar line: statuses, hold, and ready. This screen's sounds, station, and which order types to show. Cannot change the menu, colors, or store settings. Cannot manage members.
