1. General

This Disclaimer contains important information about the conditions of use of the WebQRMenu Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept the provisions of this document.

2. Definitions

The following terms are used in this document:

WebQRMenu (the Service) — a web platform for digital QR menus for restaurants, cafés, and bars, accessible at webqrmenu.io.
User (you) — an individual who accesses the Service.
Content — menus, dishes, images, text, store data, QR menus, and other materials hosted or created on the Service.

3. "As Is" Provision

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WebQRMenu does not warrant:

  • that the Service will operate without interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities;
  • the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Service;
  • that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations;
  • the preservation of data in the event of technical failures or in circumstances of force majeure.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, WebQRMenu shall not be liable for:

  • any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service;
  • loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions;
  • actions of third parties related to content created through the Service.

In any event, WebQRMenu's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for use of the Service during the preceding 12 months.

5. User Responsibility for Menu Content

WebQRMenu is a technical platform for publishing digital menus. We do not monitor or accept responsibility for:

  • the content of menus, dishes, prices, allergens, store descriptions, and other materials published by users;
  • the consequences of published menus and QR menus being used by third parties (guests);
  • the accuracy, currency, or legality of data that users place in menus and store profiles.

You bear full responsibility for the content of menus, stores, and QR menus created from your account.

6. Third-Party Resources

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. WebQRMenu does not control their content, privacy policies, or operation, and accepts no liability for them. Following external links is entirely at your own risk.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on the Service. However, WebQRMenu does not guarantee the absence of errors or inaccuracies and reserves the right to correct them at any time. All information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice.

8. Copyright

All original content on the Service (interface, texts, logos, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to WebQRMenu. Copying, distribution, or other use without prior written permission is prohibited.

Content created by users (menus, images, text, and related materials) remains their intellectual property.

9. Changes to This Document

WebQRMenu reserves the right to amend this Disclaimer. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

10. Governing Law

This document is governed by the laws of Georgia. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Georgia.
