About WebQRMenu
We build a digital QR menu platform for restaurants, cafés, and bars—from the first store and a printed code on the table to multi-location networks, orders, and analytics in one dashboard.
Our mission
Our goal is to make launching and running a digital menu simple, reliable, and accessible for stores of any size—from a single café to a restaurant group.
We focus on practical value: guests open an up-to-date menu via QR, while your team updates dishes, prices, and orders without reprinting.
How WebQRMenu works
In the dashboard you create a store profile, build a dish catalog, and publish a QR menu. Guests scan the code at the table and open the menu in the browser—no app install required.
Core workflows:
- Stores — restaurant and café profiles with contacts, description, and publishing settings.
- Digital menus — categories, dishes, photos, prices, and multilingual support; updates appear for guests immediately.
- Tables and orders — QR codes on tables, dine-in or takeaway orders, plus scan and order analytics by plan.
Plans and access
WebQRMenu offers four plans: Starter, Premium, Business, and Enterprise. Starter is free forever and includes basic limits for stores, QR menus, tables, media storage, and analytics history.
Paid plans raise those quotas and unlock more capabilities—more stores and menus, online orders, workspaces, extended analytics, and custom domains on higher plans.
Current limits and prices are always on the Pricing page and in the FAQ.
